I would like to say how impressed I was with the very prompt attendance in the very early hours on a Saturday morning due to me being locked out in the rain. Zul was very reassuring and extremely professional .. he managed to get me into the house with no damage being caused and came back out the following day to complete the job. Incredible customer service. I rang  on the same day my windows where smashed! ACT Direct came out early hours of the morning. Boatded up my wondows and the next day all seven windows where  repaired. Also the price was excellent but the orice was also, trust which  means so much nowadays,  I honestly have never been treated with such excellent custmenr serrive honesty amd respect and i will only use act direct from now on. Extremely happy with the work Zul has done repairing and fixing the locks on my doors and realigning them so they all open and close just like new. Great service. Called Zul in an emergency having never heard of ACT before and he came when he said and fixed my broken lock. Returned a few days later to fit a better lock, he tidied the door and frame at no extra cost. Cracking service and workmanship.

We have recently moved into a small flat that was rented and there were many fiddly jobs and repairs needed.  Zul attended on three occasions and we have been very pleased with the quality of his work and he cleans up well before leaving. Zul and his team have done quite a lot of work in our house recently.  Sometimes this was at very short notice as issues emerged when we were refurbishing our house.  From changing doors, fixing our roof, undertaking plumbing repairs, installing a extractor fan vent, to blocking up a door, Zul did a very professional job. Excellent service. Very professional and job completed to a high standard. Ensured area (kitchen) was clean and tidy at the end of each days work so that we could continue using it in the evenings- thank you!. Sold our bungalow and was due to move out just a month later when we had a major roof leak due to some cowboy builders who did the extension prior to us moving in. Called Zul and he was round that day. They fit us in that week to try and make it do so we could move out but unfortunately the leak was too big. Zul switched round his jobs,  did all he could to get the scaffolders in ASAP and started the work on our roof. We moved out but they still carried on the job to the best standard. Had an issue with our front door at 5pm on a Saturday evening and needed help fast - Spoke with Zul who came out, assessed and fixed everything for us within 2 hours!
